As CEO, Joe grew the company to $32MM in revenue as the company climbed the Inc.® 5000 and Internet Retailer® 500 lists. In 2006 the company was recapitalized and sold to Private Equity in a complex M&A transaction.
For the past ten years, Joe has been consulting with entrepreneurs about Omni-Channel marketing and exit strategies. Joe has spoken at national conventions like the Internet Retailer Conference, and he is available as a guest speaker.
