Joe has talented team of 10 dealmakers executing deals all over the state of Florida and beyond.

As a Business Broker, Joe has won many awards. He is currently in the top 1% of all Brokers Nationally as ranked by the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).

Joe has over 20 years of experience owning and running a variety of family and investor-owned businesses prior to his M&A work. Beginning in 1995, Joe launched Internetfitness.com (dba Smooth Fitness) as the world’s first online Fitness Equipment eCommerce store specializing in treadmills and elliptical machines. As CEO, Joe grew the company to $32MM in revenue as the company climbed the Inc.® 5000 and Internet Retailer® 500 lists. In 2006 the company was recapitalized and sold to Private Equity in a complex M&A transaction.

He is actively involved in the Naples community as Treasurer for the Naples Pelican Bay Rotary Club and founder of Autoberfest, the club's largest fundraiser. Mr. Brady brings a vast amount of business experience and expertise to the Sunbelt team. His diverse background has included roles focused on Small to Medium Business Enterprise (SME) consulting, international business development, and global supply chain & logistics. Additionally, he teaches International Business as an Adjunct Faculty member at Florida Gulf Coast University, Ft. Myers, FL., as part of the Lutgert College of Business, Global Management Program.

As a small business consultant for the past decade, he worked in the Southwest Florida 5-county region providing consulting services aimed at business growth development and operational efficiency. During his international sales management career in the sporting goods industry, he sold products and services to over 60 foreign markets, resulting in multi-million dollar revenues and consistent profitability. He's also worked for a Fortune-500 global logistics provider selling transportation/freight forwarding services and has managed several complex transactions involving oil and energy projects throughout the world.

Mr. Brady has worked extensively with several economic agencies throughout Southwest Florida over the past decade and served on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Florida Manufacturing Association.

Ron has over 30 years of experience owning, operating, acquiring, and selling a variety of businesses. Ron’s entrepreneurial efforts include growing a company to $27MM in revenue, with the company ultimately being rolled into part of a complex international $70MM M&A transaction. He applies his extensive knowledge of the business purchase and sale process to both the sellers' and buyers' needs to work on every deal.

Ron has been married for 30 years to his amazing wife, Janine. They have 2 brilliant daughters. In addition to helping fellow entrepreneurs, Ron enjoys pickleball and golf, giving time to help All Faiths Food Bank, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and listening to audiobooks on daily walks with his Labrador Retriever Teddy.
